Terms of Service

Draft. Working draft prepared by NILifi and reviewed by legal counsel before public launch. Institutional customers operate under the separately-executed Master Service Agreement; these Terms apply to individual athletes and parents.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or otherwise using NILifi, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NILifi. If you are under 18, you affirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the platform. The platform is offered in the United States only at this time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@mw-creative.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with anyone.
  • Attempt to access another athlete’s, parent’s, or institution’s data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the platform’s source code.
  • Use the platform to transmit malicious code, spam, or unlawful content.
  • Misrepresent your identity, school affiliation, or relationship to a linked athlete.
  • Resell or redistribute platform access without our written consent.

5. Content and certification

Educational content on NILifi is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation. Certifications issued by NILifi reflect completion of a specific curriculum at a specific point in time and do not constitute endorsement, accreditation, or licensure of any kind.

6. Subscription and billing

Where NILifi is provided through an institution, the institution is the paying customer and you receive access at no charge. Where you purchase a parent/individual subscription, you authorize recurring charges per the then-current pricing until you cancel.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you violate these Terms or if access is required to protect the integrity or security of the platform. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app deletion-request flow.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NILifi’s total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) by the affected user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
